PISCATAWAY, N.J. -- Telcordia (www.telcordia.com) today announced that Total Call Mobile (totalcallmobile.com), a provider of high-quality mobile telecommunication services for business and residential customers, has selected the Telcordia Hosted Solution for Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNO) to support the launch of its prepaid mobile phone service.
