Additionally, if a customer later elects to transition from one of these services to a Sprint IP VPN solution, we can deliver a truly seamless migration path with ease and simplicity."With the introduction of SprintLink Frame Relay, Packet Private Line and Virtual LAN Services, Sprint becomes the first global provider to offer products based on Layer 2 Tunneling Protocol Version 3 (L2TPv3). This technology is an emerging industry standard and feature of Cisco IOS® Software. L2TPv3 supports IP encapsulation of numerous Layer 2 protocols and provides authenticated tunneling to allow Layer 2 traffic to securely traverse a native IP core.
