Hotsip declares the 12th SIPit (interoperability testing) event 'an immense success'

STOCKHOLM -- Hotsip AB (www.hotsip.com), the global leader in SIP and Presence powered Messaging, VoIP and Video solutions for fixed networks, announced today the successful completion of the 12th SIPit event held in Stockholm recently. The SIPit events are the strongest interoperability testing events for SIP base hardware and software, attracting global companies to attend these regular events. Participants came from all over the world to the 12th SIPit (Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) Interoperability Test Event), which was organized by the SIP Forum in co-operation with Hotsip and its sponsoring partners (Cisco, Tele2, and Intertex) and held from 24-28 February 2003 in the Stockholm, Sweden."Hotsip finds the SIPit testing events to be one of the best ways to put our SIP technology through the same level of rigorous usage that our service provider and enterprise customers expect each day in their environments" stated Jorgen Björkner, VP Customer Solutions at Hotsip and chairman of the SIP Forum.
