The New Juniper

Craig Matsumoto

10:45 AM -- In case you haven't seen it yet, here's the new Juniper logo, unveiled today. It goes along with Juniper's new "New Network" mantra announced today. (See Juniper Declares 'New' Network, Juniper Launches New Routers, and Juniper Gets Cloud-Happy.)

Modern. Airy. Sleek? Looks like Ikea furniture? What do you think?

re: The New Juniper

Wow... that new logo is really going to make me go out and purchase juniper's product! I wonder if it was designed on a system using their operating system?

I guess the marketing folks have nothing better to do than update their logo.  Didn't Cisco update their logo a while back also... but that is probably just coincidence seeing juniper does things its own way.

re: The New Juniper

True, Cisco already went for a more minimal logo.  So did Ciena.  In Juniper's case, maybe they wanted to emphasize that yesterday's announcements were the start of something truly new and big.
