NEW YORK and SAN MATEO, Calif. -- Kagoor Networks, a leading provider of session border control solutions, announced that Reynwood Communications, an Internet Telephony Service Provider, has deployed Kagoor's VoiceFlow remote Network Address Translation (NAT) traversal application. Reynwood Communications is using Kagoor's solution to provide its Xtreme hosted PBX service and high speed Internet to business and residential customers in New York and New Jersey.

Reynwood Communications joins numerous carriers and service providers using Kagoor's VoiceFlow solution to enable VoIP calls to securely cross NAT-enabled firewalls. NAT Traversal is becoming one of the key session border controller applications being implemented by carriers. Without effective NAT traversal, firewalls block incoming VoIP calls. Reynwood Communication's "Xtreme" service combines a Hosted PBX, local dial tone, long distance, and T-1 Internet services, with many value added features, to deliver feature-rich, affordable, advanced communications as a fully managed service. Using Kagoor's VoiceFlow solution, Reynwood Communication's Xtreme services can be delivered with minimal configuration to the customer VoIP endpoints (e.g., IP Phones, analog devices, etc.) and without any changes to existing data firewall/NAT equipment at the customer site.
