MODIIN, Israel -- Resolute Networks, a leading provider of circuit emulation pseudowire sub-system and technology solutions, today announced that it has just concluded a contract with a major global Network Equipment Provider (NEP), the third such deal in 2006. These three deals alone are estimated to be worth over $25M over the next three years. Resolute's design-wins in Tier 1 market leaders establish the company as a strategic supplier for all three major circuit emulation services (CES) market segments – Carrier Ethernet, PON and DOCSIS.

"Circuit emulation has now reached a turning point in the service provider market", states Gady Vekslar, CEO of Resolute Networks, and adds. "CES is now viewed by the majority of the large operators as mandatory in their requirements from their Tier 1 solution providers, who in turn are relying on Resolute to ensure a fast time to market, with the full complement of carrier-grade features to deliver TDM services over next-generation packet switched networks."
