BOULDER, Colo. -- Picosecond Pulse Labs, a leading designer and manufacturer of high-speed electronic components and test equipment, today announced the availability of two new high-speed pulse generator products - the Model 4016 with a falltime of less than 5 ps and the Model 4015D with a falltime of 10 ps. Both models have a pulse amplitude of -5 V. The ultra-fast falltimes of both of these models are substantially faster than any other products on the market today. The product features of fast falltime and high pulse amplitude are key enablers for Time Domain Reflectometry (TDR) and Time Domain Transmission (TDT) signal integrity measurements. Fast pulse transition times directly translate into improved spatial resolution for TDR measurements while high pulse amplitude enables more effective TDT measurements of lossy systems. "These new pulse generator products represent a significant advancement of our flag-ship product line" said J. Scott Andrews, CEO of Picosecond Pulse Labs. "They provide new ground-breaking capabilities for the analysis of high-speed circuits and other applications that require fast pulses." Picosecond Pulse Labs Inc.
