Label Traffic Control System v3.0 (LTCSÔ), which is immediately available, offers greatertraffic engineering capabilities and carrier-class interoperabilityfeatures, enabling makers of networking equipment to significantlyenhance their time to market.

The industry's first IETF standards-based MPLS solution, LTCSfirst began shipping in May 1999 and currently has over 40 customers which range from the world's largest global networkingmanufacturers to emerging next generation networking equipment manufacturers. Version three of LTCS builds upon the originalversion with enhancements that give OEM equipment providers the capability to implement Quality of Service (QoS) throughDifferentiated Services (DiffServ), in delivering multimedia applicationsover IP. LTCS 3.0 has been enhanced with the ability to mapDifferentiated Services traffic to MPLS Label Switched Paths with the addition of the DiffServ Code Point (DSCP). This supports bothCR-LDP Type Length Values (TLVs) and TE-RSVP objects.
