NORWALK, Conn. -- In a move to further build its executive management team, mPhase Technologies, (OTCBB: XDSL - News), a leading supplier of solutions for the delivery of broadcast television over copper wires, announced today that it has added Michael Devlin as Executive Vice President, Sales and Business Development.

Mr. Devlin joins the Company to help create and manage a marketing strategy that supports its strategic alliances with industry leaders and effectively communicates the benefits of its advanced new products. Mr. Devlin will be responsible for fostering sales of its recently developed products, including the advanced mPhaseTV+ platform, Intelligence POTS Splitters, and the Ethernet Set Top Box.

Mr. Devlin comes to the company with over 25 years of experience in sales, channel strategies, marketing, and business development for leading edge technical solutions to both domestic and global markets. He spent the last decade at Bell Labs of Lucent Technologies and he was previously with AT&T. At Bell Labs he was responsible for business and channel development for a broad spectrum of technologies developed at the company. Prior to joining Bell Labs, Mr. Devlin held several positions with Concurrent Computer Corporation over a ten-year period, including Global Industry Marketing Director for airspace management products targeted towards domestic and international civilian and military agencies. He was also Director of Product Management for real-time software tools, which exploited high-speed, real-time parallel processing architectures and targeted the financial trading markets, real-time military flight simulation, global lottery systems, and high-speed data acquisition applications. Sales for the products Mr. Devlin managed were generated both domestically and internationally, primarily in Europe and Asia/Pacific regions.
