The product will enable service providers to quickly generate new revenue and cut their network infrastructure costs. The new APX 1000(TM) Universal Gateway enables service providers--including Internet Service Providers (ISPs), CLECs and IXCs--to offer residential and business customers the industry's highest-density solution for delivering converged voice and data services--including V.92 and V.44 remote access, Internet Call Diversion (ICD) and SS7 call control, virtual private networks (VPNs), and VoIP--in a seven-foot rack.
