MONTEREY PARK, Calif. -- Kotura, Inc., a leading provider of silicon opto-electronic integrated circuits, today announced the appointment of Arlon Martin as Vice President of Sales and Marketing to lead strategic sales and marketing efforts.

Arlon Martin brings over twenty years of multidisciplinary experience in marketing, sales, general management, product management, technical management, and international market development in the Semiconductor and Optoelectronic industry to Kotura. Most recently, Mr. Martin served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Agility Communications, where he was primarily focused on corporate strategy, customer relationship development, strategic planning and building the Marketing and Sales organization. Prior to Agility, Mr. Martin held several management positions at Lucent Technologies and AT&T.
