Opens offices in Australia, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Philippines, and Singapore; appoints sales directors in Singapore, Sydney, and Tokyo

PRINCETON, N.J. -- ITXC Corp.® (NASDAQ: ITXC), one of the world's leading international voice carriers, today announced that ITXC has opened new sales offices and appointed two new regional sales directors in Sydney, Australia and Tokyo, Japan, as well as a new regional sales director based in Singapore.Within the past year, ITXC has also opened Asia sales offices in Hong Kong and India. The company opened its Singapore office in 1998 and its Philippines office in 2000.

Through their relationship with ITXC, carriers in Asia benefit from call termination minutes and revenue originated from countries around the world. ITXC brings global traffic to carriers across ITXC's global VoIP network, ITXC.net®, which reaches every country in the world. In addition, ITXC provides those same carriers with low-cost, high quality international call completion of calls originated in Asia.

Gregg Marshall has been appointed Regional Director of Sales, based in Singapore. He is responsible for ITXC's carrier sales throughout the sub-continent and ASEAN, overseeing the sales initiatives in India, as well as managing sales personnel in Singapore. Before joining ITXC, Marshall was Country Manager for Lucent Technologies in the Philippines and prior to that held several senior sales roles within AT&T in Asia Pacific. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from Yale University and a Master's degree in Business Management from Stanford University.

Craig Kesby has been appointed as the Regional Sales Director in Sydney. Before joining ITXC, Kesby served as Manager of IP Development at Optus Communications in Sydney, where he was managing carrier accounts, business development and IP development. He is currently attending the University of Technology in Sydney for his Bachelor's Degree in Business.

Ryuichi Suguro has been appointed the Country Sales Manager for Japan. Prior to ITXC, Suguro served as Regional Senior Data Sales Manager for Japan and Korea at Sprint International, where he was involved in all facets of the carrier data business including US backhaul sales and IP transit in the US and Japan. Before his tenure at Sprint, he held sales manager positions at Japan Telecom and International Telecom Japan (ITJ). Suguro holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from the Faculty of Law at Keio University in Japan.

Kesby, Marshall and Suguro report to Diarmid Massey, ITXC's Managing Director for Asia Pacific based in Sydney.

ITXC's new Regional Sales Directors in Asia will play key leadership roles in the company's plans to increase its presence in this region. They are responsible for driving the in-country sales strategy, with a particular focus on strengthening and growing ITXC's relationships with all major licensed carriers in the region.
