Infoblox appoints former RSA Security executive Victor Chang as vice president of engineering

SUNNYVALE, Calif. -- Infoblox Inc., a developer of network identity infrastructure (NII) systems, today announced that Victor Chang has joined the company as vice president of engineering. In this role, he will be responsible for driving the technology strategy and development of Infoblox's industry-leading network identity appliances that serve as the foundation of highly reliable, manageable, scalable and secure identity-driven networks.

Chang, formerly vice president of technology in the office of the CTO at RSA Security, Inc., brings to the company more than 25 years of engineering and technical management experience in networking, network security, and computer systems markets. While at RSA, Chang was instrumental in establishing the company's product strategy, especially in emerging technology markets. He also gathered extensive experience in integrating authentication technology with emerging 802.1x, wireless LAN (WLAN), Voice over IP (VoIP) and end-point security solutions, as well as integrating identity management credentials with RADIUS, LDAP and Microsoft Active Directory.
