("Huawei Technologies"), one of the world's leading networking and telecommunications equipment suppliers, today announced that Huawei Technologies has joined the Micromuse Alliance Program(TM) and will immediately provide pre-integration between its data communications equipment, fixed network equipment, optical transmission equipment, and network element management systems and Micromuse's Netcool® solutions.

The combination will enable network operators to deploy new services, technologies, and equipment quickly to maximize investments. Together, Huawei Technologies and Micromuse provide value to wireline operators who want to leverage their investment in existing IT infrastructure and who are seeking a complete solution for the end-to-end management of their network infrastructure to support new services.
