NEW YORK -- Greenwich Technology Partners (GTP®), a world leader in network infrastructure consulting and engineering services, announced today that it has deployed a comprehensive, company-wide IP Telephony solution for Hahn & Hessen, LLP, a distinguished New York City law firm.

Hahn & Hessen was moving its offices to a new location in Manhattan and faced a crossroads; it could get tied into a five-year lease on PBX technology that could soon become obsolete, or invest in converged voice/data technology. Hahn & Hessen chose Cisco IP Telephony as their strategic voice technology and retained Greenwich Technology Partners, a Cisco IP Telephony Specialization Certified partner, to design and deploy the solution.

This project required expertise with the nuances of Microsoft’s Active Directory Services and tight integration with Exchange e-mail functions to provide unified messaging services. Thorough preparation and testing by GTP guaranteed reliable operation of the deployed solution, which included Cisco’s Unity Unified Messaging, CallManager softswitch, Conference Connection, Personal Assistant and 3rd Party Forced Account Codes.
