9:00 AM -- This Thursday, November 29, is a big day for Apple Inc. (Nasdaq: AAPL)'s iPhone in Europe. On that day, T-Mobile International AG will show up in a Hamburg court to defend its case to sell locked iPhones. Thanks to a temporary injunction served by Vodafone Germany , T-Mobile was forced to start selling unlocked iPhones and priced them at €999 (US$1,500). (See T-Mobile Unlocks iPhone and VOD Spoils iPhone Fun.)

And in France, Orange France will start to sell both locked and unlocked iPhones, but the operator has not yet revealed the device prices and service tariffs. (See France Unlocks the iPhone.)
