EENY 2010: Overture Gets More Optical
Why this is important: Both boxes, especially the 4800, represent interesting new directions for Overture. It's expanding beyond its access and aggregation nest and into edge networks. Moreover, the company built its reputation on doing Ethernet over TDM, but the 4800 has nothing but optical Ethernet interfaces.
