Cisco Live 2011 in Photos

LAS VEGAS -- Cisco Live 2011 -- Cisco is taking a beating in the press lately, but a record 15,000 still came out to party at the company's annual customer and partner conference.

OK, we admit: Light Reading didn't stick around long enough for the William Shatner keynote on Thursday or even the Train concert Wednesday night. (We've already got pictures of Train anyway.)

But we saw the really loud opening keynote, played games on the exhibit floor and toured an enormous data center in the desert.

We also wrote about a few things that happened at the conference:

I'm still laughing at this one:

Well done, Craig.

Wow. Looks like a crazy show! I always wondered where the pig machine fit in the home network. You probably need to source picture 22 though. :)

So, I didn't go to Cisco Live 2010. Did they do the same big-arena thing with the keynote?

Would have been nice to see the Shatner keynote, but i couldn't stay ... if anyone has a photo they wouldn't mind us posting (with attribution, of course) let me know: [email protected]

Yes, the Pig Machine is key. Somehow.

Apparently the smiley face is some kind of macaroni. I had to ask about that. Missed it on the tour.
