An integrated software solution for broadband service providers, the VitalAccess software helps provision and deliver Internet access, multimedia and VoIP to subscribers. "The Lucent VitalAccess software has been a key component for our successful cable Internet service thus far," said Franklyn Athias, vice president of New Media Development for Comcast. "The VitalAccess subscriber provisioning system has proven its scalability and performance in provisioning a wide variety of customer premises equipment. We're looking to build on this success as we expand our service offerings." Lucent Technologies Inc. Comcast Corp.
