BUCHAREST, Romania -- RAD, whose Service Assured Access solutions are deployed by leading operators around the world, has announced that Telekom Romania Communications has selected its Carrier Ethernet CE 2.0 MEF-certified demarcation devices to facilitate the delivery of wholesale broadband connectivity to international service providers.

RAD’s ETX-2, an element in its Service Assured Access portfolio, provides advanced Layer 2 and Layer 3 demarcation for SLA-based services.
