OTTAWA -- Atreus Systems™, the IP service provisioning leader, today announced a partnership with BroadSoft®, to help accelerate the delivery of Voice Over IP (VoIP). The partnership integrates BroadSoft’s BroadWorks® network communications platform with Atreus xAuthority™, creating a pre-packaged solution that delivers superior time-to-revenue and lower operational costs by automating the activation and provisioning of VoIP services.

"To become profitable market leaders, communications service providers must overcome the operational complexities in delivering new revenue-generating services and applications," explains Sharon Ballard, Analyst, Yankee Group. "By streamlining the service creation process and automating the provisioning of VoIP services, the Atreus and BroadSoft solution will enable communications service providers to reduce the costs of delivering complex services while speeding time-to-revenue with improved margins."

The joint solution enables service providers to deliver a broad portfolio of revenue-generating IP-based voice, data and multimedia services to their business and residential customers including: IP Centrex, hosted PBX, unified communications, advanced messaging, and IT. By pre-integrating Atreus xAuthority with BroadSoft’s BroadWorks, service providers are able to effectively manage the operational issues associated with subscriber self-management, automated provisioning and the integration of VoIP products into their operational environment.
