READING, U.K. -- Axiom Systems today announced South American Service Provider, Chilesat as a customer. The agreement will see Chilesat deploy AXiOSS® Order Management (O2S) and Inventory Management (IMS) for the fast rollout of an IP-VPN.

Axiom’s AXiOSS® products will offer Chilesat complete network visibility, enabling service issues to be highlighted prior to impacting their customers. This will reduce service provisioning and resolution times, contributing to Chilesat’s increasing market share through decreased customer churn and increased customer satisfaction. The IP-VPN will also guarantee Chilesat secure data transmission for business customers and, in the process, allow the company to offer more-profitable value-added services.

The implementation of AXiOSS® products will enable Chilesat to track all physical and logical assets, also recovering stranded or lost resources, saving on further capital expenditure and enabling the company to plan for future network growth. The products will also deliver a rapid return on investment on all new services and associated capital.
