Axerra announced the appointment of Gadi Tamari as CEO, effective March 1

BOCA RATON, Fla. -- Axerra Networks, “The Pseudo-Wire Company™” and leading provider of circuit emulation and service emulation solutions, announced today the appointment of Gadi Tamari as CEO, effective March 1.

Mr. Tamari, a very experienced industry executive, recently stepped down as the CEO of RADVISION (Nasdaq: RVSN) after leading it successfully from 2001 through 2005, doubling its sales and increasing its market capitalization by a factor of four.

Mr. Tamari will also become a member of Axerra’s board of directors.Shlomo Dovrat, General Partner and Founder of Carmel Ventures, one of Axerra's main investors, commented “We are excited to have Gadi join Axerra.
