The company is one of many in the UK to take advantage of Aurora’s outsourced billing service aimed at the new breed of IP, mobile and virtual service providers, and will enable Vodat to provide customers with unified electronic bill presentment for multiple converged services without the costs of deploying a full-scale, internally managed billing solution.With the growing demand for its IP services it was becoming increasingly difficult for Vodat to manage the complex billing of its multiple services with its existing system. The company evaluated a number of solutions providers, specifically looking for a solution that would give its customers a quality billing service together with online access to up-to-date usage and management information for analysis via the Internet.
