NEW YORK -- AT&T today announced the election of Jon C. Madonna to its board of directors. Madonna, 59, retired as chairman and CEO of KPMG in1996, after a 28-year career. Madonna, a resident of San Francisco, holds a B.S. from the University of San Francisco and serves on a variety of boards including DigitalThink, Inc., Neuberger Berman, Inc., and Tidewater, Inc. With the addition of Madonna, the AT&T board has 16 members. AT&T Corp.
