(Nasdaq:TMNG), a leading provider of management consulting services to the global telecommunications industry, today announced a non-exclusive strategic alliance to provide leading-edge OSS solutions to ICPs (integrated communications providers) worldwide.

Under the terms of the agreement, ADC will leverage its expertise in broadband communications with TMNG's renowned telecom consulting expertise to provide mutual clients with best-in-class OSS solutions. This agreement expands an existing relationship between the two companies announced earlier this year when ADC signed a multi-million dollar, multi-year contract for TMNG consulting services. The combination of ADC's Singl.eView(TM) which is an integrated customer management and real-time convergent billing application with TMNG's expert Lexicon toolset, will help ICPs build operational support systems that can compete more effectively in the broadband market. The companies will also work to enhance TMNG's NextGen Process Architecture(TM) Lexicon toolset, by incorporating the unique functionality of ADC's Singl.eView solution.
