Under the terms of the alliance, Inteliant will market Singl.eView(TM), the real-time convergent billing and integrated customer management component of ADC's Singularit.e(TM), as its primary billing application. Singularit.e is ADC's comprehensive OSS framework for real-time customer contact and service management in a broadband network. Inteliant will also provide product integration services for ADC to several industry-leading customer relationship management (CRM), order management/provisioning and e-Business platform providers.
