ADC expands its billing and customer care operations in Bangalore, India

Designed to establish a center of excellence, this strategic expansion will not only support ADC's increasing customer base in the country, but will also reinforce its commitment to its growing partner operations both in India and the surrounding Asia Pacific region. Building on its successful relationship with Reliance Infocomm, ADC has identified India as one of the fastest growing markets in billing and customer care applications and will use this expansion as a catalyst to increasing its skills base and services in the region.
