Accedian continues to grow with VP operations Francois Marineau

MONTREAL -- Accedian Networks Inc., a leading provider of SLA Assurance solutions and Ethernet Demarcation Devices, hired François Marineau as Vice President Operations. Marineau will play an important role on Accedian's management team as the company ramps up production of its Ethernet Service Assurance Platform (ESAP).

“François brings a wealth of supply chain, manufacturing, technological and quality assurance experience to Accedian," said Patrick Ostiguy, President and CEO of Accedian Networks. "He is a significant addition to our already highly experienced team and we are thrilled to have him join us and lead the company throughout our increasing growth in operations.”

François Marineau joins Accedian Networks to manage the company’s operational strategy and administer all aspects of operations activities at Accedian Networks. François brings over 13 years of operational experience with high-technology companies in the Telecom and Contract-Manufacturing fields, including 10 years of management experience.

Prior to joining Accedian, François structured the operational team of EXFO Electro-Optical Engineering in Montreal (formerly Avantas Networks) during its early stages as Director of Operations. From 2000 to 2006, François managed the Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Service Centre, Information Technology, Software Verification and Quality Assurance. François Marineau also held the position of Director of Contract Manufacturing where he had to identify suppliers and outsource them the manufacturing of some products in Asia. He was also involved in Due Diligence and the Merger & Acquisition of several companies during his time at EXFO.
