NEW YORK -- Ethernet & SDN Expo -- Light Reading's 2013 Leading Lights Awards gala at The OUT hotel in Manhattan was a night to remember.

In case you can't remember it, we've documented all the night's festivities. Some -- like the humanoid chickens, hula-hooping contortionists, and life-sized Yetis -- you have to see to believe. (See: Leading Lights Happy Hour.)

Without further ado, here is our visual recap of the evening's festivities. Click the image below to launch the slideshow, and then navigate using the arrows above each picture.

And the Award Goes to...
Twelve Leading Lights Awards were given out during the evening. Categories ranged from Most Innovative Enterprise Service to Best Deal Maker and Companies of the Year.

All photos were captured by Jenna Bascom, a freelance photographer, but the captions are not her fault.

Re: Performers
Agreed. They were awesome.

So, Sarah, have you started practicing on the hula hoop for next year's show yet?

Performers
I bragged that I was really good at hula hooping before the performer started. Turns out I have a lot of work to do. Both performers were incredible! Great way to end a really fun night.

Re: Bigfoot lives!
Why?! Are they just pint-sized on the island where you live?

Well, to clarify, I think the winners were just promised a Yeti...they had to leave their shipping address to receive it in 3 to 6 weeks.

Bigfoot lives!
Don't wanna quibble Sarah but - "Life-sized Yetis"? We need to have a quiet word.
