Re: Good docs This wasn't all about technology. Acquiring developers is expensive, which is why this is a key deal. Platforms are important, but you've got to have engineers working on those platforms or it just doesn't work.

Good docs Nice, accessible documentation on the SUSE website. I'm thinking about buying one of their logo items that they have for sale there.

OpenStack OpenStack was initially envisioned as an Amazon-killer, but it has evolved as a platform for private cloud. There is plenty of opportunity for a company like SUSE to provide Openstack/Cloud Foundry based PaaS.

platforms I'm glad it's not the kind of platform shoe pictured. That would make one very much a fashion victim. We believe in going for tech that works and keeps things operating well, not something that threatens your balance and puts you at risk when moving.
