JERSEY CITY, N.J. -- Last Mile Connections (LMC), the premier bandwidth exchange and solutions provider for Last Mile Connectivity, announces today that Ron LeMay, Last Mile Connections Executive Chairman, will take over as CEO and President of LMC from founder, President and CEO, James Martino. Mr. LeMay, Industrial Partner for Ripplewood Holdings, initially joined the Company one year ago, upon the closing of Ripplewood's investment in the Company, with his appointment as Executive Chairman. The current move was identified as a possibility at that time and is part of a contemplated evolution.

Ron LeMay joined Last Mile Connections in September 2005, bringing 35 years of executive and industry experience to LMC's management team; he was previously President and Chief Operating Officer of Sprint Corporation until his retirement in May, 2003 and the Representative Executive Officer for Japan Telecom in 2003-2004.
