RICHARDSON, Texas -- Carrius Technologies Inc., a leading developer of Network Layer Service Delivery Platform software, today announced that it has named Lev Volftsun as chairman of its board. A successful entrepreneur and experienced CEO, Volftsun brings expertise in delivering worldwide communications solutions and has a proven record of optimizing available technologies to meet business objectives.

Mr. Volftsun co-founded Lightspeed International Inc. and served as its CEO prior to Lightspeed’s acquisition by Cisco Systems in 1998.
