Cole joined ADTRAN just over one year ago as senior director of sales responsible for sales of routers, switches and IP telephony solutions to major service providers. In his new role, Cole will focus on setting strategy and growing ADTRAN's sales to small and medium businesses through carrier, reseller and distribution channels.
