The new certification reflects the highest level of commitment for quality to ECI's customers - carriers and service providers. The TL 9000 standard was developed by the QuEST forum (The Quality Excellence for Suppliers of Telecommunications Leadership). TL 9000 expands and adapts ISO 9001:2000 standard requirements to the telecom industry.
