DoveBid to conduct two additional auctions for Enron Corp., including desks, lamps, filing cabinets, credenzas, and DWDM optical equipment

FOSTER CITY, Calif. -- DoveBid(R), Inc., a global provider of capital asset auction and valuation services, announced today that it will conduct two additional auctions in its series for Enron Corp. Previously, DoveBid conducted auctions for Enron Corp. in September and December 2002. The first auction currently is being conducted by sealed bid auction and bids will be accepted through March 19, 2003 at 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time. The auction will include Enron Broadband Services' DWDM optical equipment for its west coast high-speed, backbone network. Featured assets include Ciena Multiwave 4000 Sentry Systems, Sycamore 8000 Systems, spares, and test & measurement equipment. To preview the assets or to place a bid, please visit www.dovebid.com. The second auction will be held on-site at Enron's Warehouse in Houston, Texas (3405 Navigation Blvd., Suite 600) on March 18, 2003 at 9:00 a.m. Central Standard Time. The auction will feature executive office furnishings including desks, credenzas, lamps, as well as general office furnishings including reception area, bookcases, file cabinets, lateral files, drafting tables, miscellaneous lighting, building materials and new carpet. A preview of the assets will be held on March 17, 2003 at 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Central Standard Time at 3405 Navigation Blvd., Suite 600 and 707 N Shepherd Drive in Houston, Texas.
