Demented Old Bastards

11:40 AM -- Think happy thoughts and clean your plate, and you won't go bat-shiat crazy like Granny. Reuters has the story:

People who lead a good clean life -- those who are conscientious, self-disciplined and scrupulous -- appear to be less likely to develop Alzheimer's disease, U.S. researchers said on Monday.
This leads to a couple questions: Do "U.S. researchers" lead the world in horse-exhaust science? Is there simply too much grant money floating around? And where did I put my glasses? I had 'em right here when President McKinley called and hey! hey! hey! Get that porcupine off the TV! Damn kids...
