Mellanox & the 100GigE Revolution

I recently visited the Sunnyvale, Calif.-based offices of Mellanox Technologies Ltd. to find out about the advances that company has been making in the Ethernet switching sector.

Its new product set is shaking up the market, offering the first "non-blocking" 100GigE switch, which will never get overloaded or oversubscribed, and promising zero packet loss, which is a big deal.
