Codeon Corporation adds strategic territory representatives for Italy, Canada, and some areas of the U.S.

COLUMBIA, Md. -- CODEON Corporation, a leading designer and manufacturer of state-of-the-art optical components for the fiber optic telecommunications industry, announced today the addition of strategic territory representatives to aid in the solution selling process to the OEM customer base. The territories immediately addressed are Italy, Canada, and select areas of the United States. The development of optical transport systems has been very strong for many years in Italy. To attentively address this market, CODEON has enlisted Volare Technologies to represent CODEON's expanding product lines. Volare's extensive knowledge of the customer base and their complimentary semiconductor line card makes them an ideal partner for CODEON. Pierdamiano Venti, President of Volare Technologies stated, "CODEON's products fit perfectly into our portfolio, which is focused on metro and long haul optical networking solutions." Cee-Jay Microsystems has been appointed as the CODEON representative for all of Canada.
