Compared to the conventional WSS that operates in the C-band, supporting DWDM transmission across the long-haul and metro optical networks, the CWDM WSS is designed to provide wavelength switching capability for all sets of CWDM transceivers under either ITU standard channel spacing or any customized channel spacing. Also based on LightFlow™ platform, the CoAdna CWDM WSS inherits the key characteristics from CoAdna’s standard WSS products, such as the high reliability and low power consumption, and features smaller foot print and improved performs.
