PARIS -- ClearPath, a recognized leader in the evolution of next-generation cloud based services, announced the release of Version 4.0 of ClearPath VSP, its next generation cloud based value added services platform at the Broadband World Forum on September 28, 2011 in Paris where ClearPath’s CEO Cliff Young was the Lead Stream keynote speaker for the Enterprise Services Track: Evolving Business Models - Gaining Strategic Advantages with Cloud Based Enterprise Services.

Originally launched in 2004, ClearPath VSP was the first solution to utilize next generation cloudtechnology enabling service providers to deliver a comprehensive suite of services to differentiate their core business broadband offerings. Using ClearPath VSP, providers can drive sales, reduce customer churn and forestall price erosion. With the release of Version 4.0, ClearPath continues to improve the critical performance elements that have kept ClearPath at the forefront of cloud services evolution.

“Our primary goal is to stay ahead of the market in the development of next generation cloud services and VSP 4.0 is a significant step toward that goal” said Cliff Young, Chief Executive Officer. “It’s also an indication of the momentum ClearPath has built in the market for automated cloud services over the last year – with VSP 4.0, service providers have a substantial edge in the highly competitive market for broadband services targeted at SME and distributed enterprise.”
