Josh Goodell, vice president of intelligent edge for AT&T, touts strong growth in SD-WAN deployment with 28,000 end points contracted thus far on a global basis. He also points to the way MEF is now working faster to solve industry challenges, such as the development of the Sonata applications programming interface to enable carrier-to-carrier connections in the virtualized space. Lastly, he discusses tackling the challenge of delivering 5G from a networking perspective.
