Tell everyone that cable stands for Communications and Broadband Long-term Evolution. CableLabs gets to keep their name and we all get another sweet acronym.

MediaOne, leading with 'Broadband"
I'd also be remiss in not mentioning the way MediaOne (eventually to become part of AT&T Broadband and then Comcast) marketed itself in days of yore with a big focus on "broadband" and helped to lead to where we are today with respect to how the industry is identifying itself these days:
