The acquisition of ETV Interactive brings together a major broadband provider in the hospitality industry and a digital entertainment provider – who together can offer a full suite of converged network solutions. This strategically positions iBAHN as a leader in entertainment for the global hospitality market, as the only worldwide provider to combine quality LAN and WAN connectivity for guests, with proven digital video expertise.

Following the completion of the acquisition, iBAHN is focused on blending digital content with plans to manage, distribute and broadcast Video on Demand (VOD) media efficiently over its secure network.
