We are always pleased when we can help our customers better serve their markets. ViewNow's strong culture of innovation complements Avail's technology deployment strategy."

The company's new senior management team, consisting of executives from both Avail and ViewNow, reflects significant experience throughout the telecom and media industries. Steve Roberts, who brings to Avail his deep experience with the studios, offered, "We were looking for a partner who had the vision and the commitment to combine the linear and on-demand business. Avail clearly had the ability and is already active in the market place with an MPEG-4 distribution platform servicing telcos, cable operators, MDU's, and FTTH service providers".
