NORCROSS, Ga. -- TCT West (TCT) (www.tctwest.net), a provider of voice, video and data services to rural communities in the state of Wyoming, has selected Triad by ETI Software Solutions to automate the provisioning of its Fiber-to- the-Premise (FTTP) network for the delivery of voice, video and data services. ETI (www.etisoftware.com) is a leading developer of service activation software automating FTTP, video, telephone and data services.

TCT provides voice, video and data services to the Wyoming communities of Manderson, Basin, Greybull, Shell, Lovell, Cowley, Byron, Emblem, Burlington, Meeteetse, Deaver, Frannie and Otto, as well as voice and data services to Hyattville, Ten Sleep and Hamilton Dome. Prior to selecting Triad, TCT provisioned subscriber video services with ETI's CableBridge.

"Because of the reliability of ETI's CableBridge and the company's excellent customer service, upgrading to Triad was a logical next step," says Rod Collingwood, Plant Operations & Video Manager for Tri County Telephone Association/TCT West. "Triad not only enables us to meet our immediate requirements to deploy and provision Fiber-to-the-Premise but also prepares us to deliver additional services as such as Video-On-Demand."
