NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J. -- Alex Mashinsky announced today that based upon a preliminary review of proxies submitted, stockholders have elected him to serve a three-year term as a director on the Arbinet- thexchange, Inc. (Nasdaq: ARBX - News) Board. The preliminary report of the independent inspector of elections is expected to be available within the next few days.
