Keymile appoints Heinrich Kreft as chief operating officer

LONDON -- KEYMILE AG, a leading manufacturer of next-generation access systems, has appointed Heinrich Kreft as of October 1, 2005 as Chief Operating Officer. He will focus his activities especially on Sales, Product management and Marketing. KEYMILE AG has thus extended its Management Board to three members, the other two members are Dr. Ziaedin Chahabadi, CEO, and Dr. Georg Szlatinay, CFO.

Heinrich Kreft has been with KEYMILE since 2003 as Managing Director of its subsidiary KEYMILE GmbH, Hanover, and Marketing Director of the KEYMILE Group. He has also made a decisive contribution to the restructuring and re-orientation of the company over the past three years. Before joining KEYMILE he held senior positions with Quante AG and with Radio Frequency Systems GmbH.
