SAN FRANCISCO -- Integrated BroadBand Services (IBBS) and PointOne announced today an agreement to jointly develop voice products and services for the North American cable industry. Atlanta-based IBBS provides industry-leading operational support systems, NOC, and call center services that enable cable operators to generate significant new revenue streams from Internet services with an industry-low total cost of ownership.

The combined systems of IBBS and PointOne provide the ideal solution for cable operators wanting to offer "triple play" services to their customers. IBBS' software systems and its extensive knowledge of managing "last-mile" quality coupled with PointOne's private all-IP nationwide voice network will result in unrivalled service quality and affordability.
