WASHINGTON, D.C. -- Dynarc, a provider of next-generation optical IP network solutions, today announced the Dynarc 1124 access router delivering guaranteed quality of service (QoS) and management of IP-based services to the edge of the optical IP network. The new access router will enable service providers to guarantee best-effort services, end-to-end QoS and deliver instant provisioning capabilities.
